Richmond Zine Fest
The Richmond Zine Fest is an annual event put on by local zinesters. This year it will be held on Saturday October 16th, 2010!!!
What’s a zine?
From Stolen Sharpie Revolution
(pronounced like magazine without the maga) A zine is an independently created publication containing anything you want it to; personal experiences and stories, political ideologies, music related writing, gardening tips, fiction, travel stories, comics, photography, or anything you like. zines can be put together by one person or a group of people and they are usually photocopied but can also be printed offset, letter press, or mimeographed.
Tabling At The Richmond Zine Fest
If you have never tabled at a zine fest before, please read this page before registering for a table: What’s a zine? What’s a zine fest? (opens in a new window)
Vendors this year have 1 option for tabling this year: tabling on just Saturday (all day).
Prices for tables this year are as follows:
1/2 of a 6-foot table = $10 for Saturday
1 6-foot table = $20 for Saturday
2 6-foot tables = $35 for Saturday
Official non-profits with a Tax ID status receive their table fees at 50% off, but can only table free literature and information. Please tell us you are doing the Non-Profit option, and we will e-mail you the table costs upon confirmation.
